Our team is extremely honored to partner with Polk State College to design the forthcoming Haines City-Davenport Campus, which will support the College's mission in Polk County's fastest-growing region. Focusing predominantly on Health Sciences, the new facility will include simulation-based training environments, as well as classroom, laboratory, and office spaces to support programs of study such as Supply Chain & Logistics, Supervision & Management, Hospitality, and the Associate in Arts degree. This #legacybuilding project is an extension of our firm's long-standing commitment to Polk State College and the communities in Polk County positively impacted by the College.

Our team is pleased to share that the St. Johns River Water Management District (SJRWMD) Apopka Service Center was a Finalist for the Florida Green Building Coaltion (FGBC) 2023 Green Achievement Awards. Meet The Depot 303, the latest addition to our hospitality portfolio, emerging at the heart of Mulberry, Florida. This 14,000 SF urban food hall will house seven (7) food vendors, a shared commercial kitchen area, indoor public seating, an outdoor plaza, multi-purpose areas, and other support spaces. The design narrative alludes to Mulberry's roots in the rail transport and phosphate industries. Façade improvements first create a striking new visual identity for the property. Once inside, visitors will find subtle design nods to railcars, rail spikes, and the city's historic train depot. The motif is complemented by wayfinding landmarks such as thematic signage & murals, resulting in a fusion of industrial design elements throughout the interior.
