Running Mini Workshop

During this free specialty workshop, Dr. Holli Utama, a professional triathlete and Doctor of Physical Therapy will help runners (and prospective runners!) learn about: 

  • Common running injuries & contributing factors

  • The role of warm-ups

  • Types of warm-ups  

  • “10 min run warm-up” example 

This talk has been scheduled on First Friday so that people can plan to enjoy this 30-45 minute mini workshop, and then explore the many other downtown First Friday specials!
