Shane’s Air Conditioning and Heating was founded in 2015 yet, HVAC has been a part of the Pilkenton family for 60 years. Shane and his family have been doing HVAC for many years, as their father was in the business for 45 years. The Pilkentons have been a part of this community providing Heating and Cooling to Winter Haven and the surrounding areas for a total of 60 years. 

With Shane carrying on the family tradition and proceeding to do what he loves and knows, Shane’s Air Conditioning and Heating was established in 2015. Shane Pilkenton and Brandon Nealy started the business to offer the community excellent service and customer satisfaction. This is a family-owned and operated company providing personalized air conditioning and heating services to Polk and surrounding counties.
